A B Graphic International (ABG) has detailed plans to open a new Italian office, further strengthening its presence in Europe. The new entity, ABG Italy, will officially launch later in 2025.

Based in Assago, ABG Italy will be led by managing director, Angelo Tribocco, who brings more than 30 years of experience in the label and packaging industry. Tribocco has represented ABG in Italy for many years as a trusted distributor, building extensive market knowledge and strong customer relationships. With the proposed establishment of ABG Italy, his team will shortly become an official part of the ABG family.

Although ABG Italy will be legally founded in 2025, the team’s roots stretch back decades. For example, there is a proven track record of supporting Italian label producers. The move reinforces ABG’s commitment to expanding its European footprint and enhancing regional support.

ABG’s goal

Matt Burton, ABG’s global sales director, says, “Establishing ABG Italy is about more than opening an office, it’s about ensuring we have boots on the ground to deliver the level of service our customers expect. Angelo has been a fantastic partner for many years, and we’re delighted to welcome him and his team into the ABG fold. Their knowledge of the Italian market, combined with our innovation, means we can listen more closely to customers and respond even faster to their needs.”

The decision to create a dedicated Italian entity builds on ABG’s strong platform in the region. The move also reflects the company’s recognition of Italy as a vital market for labels and packaging. By aligning more closely with customers, ABG aims to strengthen its reputation for service, support, and solutions.

Tribocco adds, “I embrace this venture with enthusiasm and a clear mission to consolidate ABG’s business in the Italian market through the efforts of the whole team. I am proud of the team we have built in Assago and look forward to being part of the company as we continue our story as ABG Italy.”
